We ordered 2 solitaire mid sleepers, which were delivered within the time we'd been specified 3-7 working days (arrived on day 4). The customer service by the online chat facility, email and telephone was all excellent, all very friendly, professional and helpful.
The beds themselves are fantastic, and appear very well made, both our girls love them! They do take a while to put together, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow.
I'd recommend both the beds we purchased (solitaire mid sleepers), and also Room to Grow. Both excellent.
