After our bunk bed order failed to be delivered before Christmas, we were more than happy with the customer service we received to try and rectify this. They did everything they could to ensure we had it first thing in the new year. We dealt with the same person several times over the phone and she was amazing. The bed is fantastically robust for two boys, we will be recommending this company to others in the future.
