Item arrived quickly and well packaged. Bunk is very solid and much better than the others we saw before ordering. Nice design too. Two pieces did break during installation but Room to Grow sorted an immediate replacement with the manufacturer (the same day I informed them) and the new parts arrived within 48 hours. Good company and good product.
