This was not an actual purchase but obtained through a voucher Room To Grow gave me following a delivery problem with the original order of bunk beds. They dealt with this problem politely and efficiently. Mistakes can happen, it's how they are dealt with that mark businesses out in my opinion and Room To Grow were excellent in this.
