I purchased a bed and mattress from RTG earlier this year. Befote sending them someone noticed that I'd accidentally purchased the wrong sized mattress and phoned me to correct this error. On arrival it turned out that one of the boxes had been labelled wrong and was the wrong colour. On contacting RTG they had another one sent out the next day and the incorrect one collected. Can't fault them for customer service and my daughter loves her bed!
