I placed my order over the phone and received excellent and quick customer service. Delivery of the bed and mattresses was quick too, I ordered Friday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The items were well packaged. I did feel a little sorry for the delivery man doing it on his own as you could tell the items were quite heavy but he was very pleasant and put them where I wanted them.
