The service was excellent until the point of delivery. Delivery date was arranged, however the driver did not turn up with the bed and mattress and did not inform anyone he would not be delivering on the agreed date.
the driver when he did deliver was alone, the bed was so heavy he was not able to lift alone, luckily there was a man available to help unload. however this was not expected to be the case, so not sure how the bed would have been delivered if this had not been the case.
