The bunk bed is of excellent quality and we were really pleased with this. There was however a small chip on the paint when it arrived. It was lovely to get through to a human on the phone straight away without having to wait or press options! Emails were handled very promptly and a very satisfactory solution was reached that has resolved the chip and not led to any waste. Very pleased.
