A part from being told I would be contacted by the courier 24 hours in advance, when in fact they txt me 12 hours before delivery, and that they would deliver to the flat door. When the courier arrived he was on his own and unable to carry the very heavy package up stairs. This is a problem with the courier company and not room to grow, whom I found very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the bunk beds. Easily assembled and sturdy. Look great and my 5 yr old daughter is now sleeping better.
