Called up the company several times before ordering to obtain some basic details about product and delivery. Friendly staff who don't know a lot. They kept promising to call back but almost never did.
Product difficult to install (I ordered a loft bed). Worst was that when I wanted to return an up-opened desk I was surprised to learn that their mandatory pick-up was more than half the cost of the desk!!!
Archaic company with bad service. Don't trust them and avoid!!
