Delivery should have been 3-5 working days. Currently on day 10 and after chasing a couple of times i am promised delivery on day 11.
I understand there can be delays in delivery, but communication is the key. And a pre-emptive call to manage my expectations would have been better.
I don't think i would use room to grow again.
