Customer service from room to grow was very good. I had issues with my delivery that they were quick to rectify and send out spare fittings very quickly. I would highly recommend having a word with the logistics company who turned up late with my boxes in a state of disrepair and as a result half the fixtures and fittings missing for the bed!
Having said that Room To Grow were very apologetic, helpful and refunded the delivery cost.
I wouldn't let this experience put me off ordering from this company again.
