Easy to understand website. Extremely quick delivery. Everything was packaged really well.
Communication was given as to when the bed was being delivered via a voicemail message. The slight disappointment was when I returned the call, the gentleman I spoke to seemed less than interested in customer service experience. However, the bed did arrive earlier than the projected 2 to 4 weeks. It actually arrived within a week of placing the order which was fantastic.
