Room to grows service was excellent and the product I bought was excellent Stompa bunk beds. However, if I could rate their courier I would rate as 1. There was no telephone call saying when delivery would be (email said there would be a call up to 24hrs before delivering), also the delivery was just left outside by the front door as no one was in.
