Up to the point we needed help with the bed I would have rated Room to Grow as good, the range and price of beds is competitive but I was a tad annoyed that we missed free postage for being in Central Scotland! Then we had an issue with one of the drawers on the bed slipping off it's runners (the bed itself was a nightmare to build!) I called and left a message for them. They called back within an hour and talked through the issue. They then passed the query on to one of the fitters (who build the beds if you pay for the service) he called back quickly and was able to identify and remedy the issue over the phone,amazing!
