We ordered and received the bunk beds well within 5 days of ordering all pieces were well packaged with friendly delivery. We had a problem with the bed end as the holes were not central so they did not align with the horizontal panels. I sent an e-mail with attached photos and got a response the following day (Bank Holiday Monday) then was forwarded on to the support team who helped efficiently.
