Service from the company was good, but the delivery option wasn't very flexible. I called to say that I would be at home all day for the delivery except I would need to pop out at 8.45am and 3pm for the school run. I was told there was nothing that could be done if the delivery driver turned up when I wasn't in and I would need to arrange for someone to be in while I was out, even for 10 minutes.
