Ordering and organising the delivery was easy enough.
However the actual delivery could have been better. Our order came in 4 heavy boxes. The driver was on his own to lift them, clearly late and in a rush and could barely speak English.
He said he wasn't allowed to take the boxes upstairs so left them in the living area. I'm glad my husband was home that night so we could take them upstairs. They were so heavy, I'm not even sure how the poor guy managed to lift them!
