After ordering a new bed i got a phonecall a couple days later from a delivery driver telling me the delivery would be late as he had too many that day?! I waited and waited. Then 2 hours later i had an email to say the bed had been delivered?? The signiture also looked as though the driver had tried to scribble something like my first name. The next day i called the company and asked what was going on, they told me they had a new tracking system and had problems all week. Didn't really sound like the truth, could have been miscommunication between driver etc. Just feel it could have been dealt with better, rather than me worrying where my £300 bed had disappeared to!
Bed is of superb quality and my son is over the moon. Product amazing, service could have been better.
