Room To Grow seems to be an excellent website to buy furniture from but they use a different company to dispatch their goods and these are the people I ended up dealing with most. In my case, everything would have went very well if only I could have accepted the first delivery date they offered but, when I explained I would not be available it became a real problem to organise a new delivery slot. For example, I rang to reorganise my delivery time and was told they would check their routes and get back to me. One whole week later, they still hadn't rang back and I had to call again - they did not say as much but it was quite clear they had forgotten about my order. So, I am rating Room To Grow as "Good" and not "Excellent" because of the delivery company they use.
