The communication from Room to Grow was clear and helpful, although the bunks took a few weeks to arrive we were made aware of this from when we placed the order. When the order was ready to delivered they communicated very well with us to find a convenient time for delivery - the customer service on the phone and via the delivery driver was excellent.
