Helpful telephone staff. Delivery company and driver were excellent. Communication issues between RTG and delivery company - delivery company called to organise day to deliver but RTG failed to communicate that we'd be away certain dates so wouldn't be able to receive delivery a certain week. Otherwise, really good service and fantastic product.
