Rtg as ever very lovely and helpful. Jade delivery- fine when they finally arrived. no communication at all. An 'am' delivery arrived 6pm for a build that went on til 745. Understand events happen that delay but I was chasing for info from 1pm onwards, only called by jade at 510pm. I expect to be informed of delays rather than left stuck in the house wondering and waiting. Luckily I was working from home.
