The service was brilliant, I accidentally ordered a mattress that was too small for the bed I ordered and Monday morning I received an email telling me this and asking if I would really like the proper size, I though this was amazing service. The only issue I had is that one of the pieces was presumed missing, I contacted you about this and you sent out for a new piece straight away which was brill...Although it has turned out the missing piece was actually only numbered incorrectly!
