The bed was dented when it arrived direct from the manufacturer. Room to grow handle the situation excellently. It was further complicated when the replacement was delivered with missing pieces without warning but again room to grow sorted the whole thing out. It would be a 5star rating as the bed is lovely but on this occasion the bed manufacturers messed up and let them down.
