There was a delay on the items I ordered. However, I was kept up to date on weekly basis with expected delivery dates. For our inconvenience and patience we were offered a complimentary duvet set.
I really appreciated keeping up to date and it was great to receive the duvet as a gesture of a goodwill. I would highly recommend Room to Grow based on my customer service experience!
