As I ordered item on line I have only spoken on chat with a very helpful lady to confirm delivery of my order. I had a phone call from the delivery company an hour later to arrange. I would of given the company an excellent, however I was not at all happy with an email reply I received on the complaint of the delivery itself! It was very non - committal and made me feel in the wrong for actually complaining.
On delivery of my items the delivery driver told me he could not take the bunk beds up to the bedroom but would have to leave downstairs. When I explained they would be too heavy to lift myself and that it does state on the website that your items will be delivered to the room of your choice, he had no choice but too do it. The second driver with him was very helpful, even moved a small unit out of the way for me that I know he is not supposed to do , but did most of the lifting himself. A few corners of the boxes were damaged but other then a chip in one of the corner all was fine. (This was at the back of the bed so my husband told me it will be ok) There were other issues but wont go into detail.
