We are yet to receive our 'trundle drawer' over a month after placing the order. I know it was out of stock initially. Since it has been back in stock I had a call to arrange delivery but when the day came around, nothing was in fact delivered. I had a second call a week later asking to deliver it the very next day. When I said that wouldn't be convenient I was told 'well we don't know when we will next be in your area' implying that any further delay is my fault. I have paid for goods and I feel it is Room to Grow's responsibility to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.
