Customer service very high standard, had a couple of questions both before and after the purchase that were answered over the phone politely and helpfully. Delivery on time, good notification s of delivery date. High Bed quality was as expected, chosen as design was unique and exactly what we needed, though took longer to assemble than expected (just quite a lot of different bits to screw together!)
