Room to Grow was helpful on the phone. However they have no control over the delivery process. It says 7-10 days delivery but it took 8 days to receive the first call to arrange a delivery for a date which was 2 weeks away. We had to change the delivery date which meant for us to wait another month. I had to call 3 times to chase as noone was calling me to inform of a new date. Finally after the order date of 18 Feb we received the beds on 24 March.
