Very responsive and helpful customer service. Dialogue leading to purchase (including a price match) occurred at the weekend out of office hours. Later, prompt intervention by RTG ensured we secured our preferred delivery slot. Pleased with item although it was a challenge to build and a piece was wrong. Despite initial disappointment RTG sent replacement parts and remedied the situation to our satisfaction without quibble. This experience could have gone wrong in so many ways but RTG’s commitment to customer service repeatedly saved the day.
