We booked and paid £167 for a Hotel in London for my wife’s Xmas do which was confirmed. When we arrived, the hotel had no knowledge of our booking and no rooms available. Roomdi’s website stated that their customer service was only available between 0800 and 1200(?!). We ended up taking a taxi to a friend’s hotel nearby and used their room to get changed. There were no equivalent hotels nearby at which to stay, so we ended up getting a taxi home at the end of the evening - two hours in traffic and a further £120 spent. This company’s shocking service led to an awful, stressful and expensive evening - disgraceful…
