I tried to order a tracksuit online today roots.ca took twice the money from my credit card…didn’t confirm either transactions. When I called the customer service line they told me it would take 2 to 10 business days for me to receive my money. So not only did the online service not serve me well not only am I out almost $400 but I won’t be getting my money for up to two weeks. When I ask if a future discount or customer relations, credit of some sort would be given to me they said no. They don’t care about the interest my credit card will obtain. . They don’t care that there’s nothing left on my credit card for me to use if need be. They simply don’t care about their air or me.
