I wanted to like this event so much. It was hosted a Lockwood Distillery in McKinney, Texas (DFW area). It was so loud, the acoustics echoed so badly and there were so many people crammed in one small space that we could not hear the person next to us let alone the facilitator. I tried to ask if we would be going to the same place for the next event and I didn't get a straight answer. The people seemed really cool, but it was just a very poor choice of venue that was not conducive to conversation or getting to know people. I maybe had halfway decent conversations with two people.
