I placed an order on November 17th for a Christmas gift. It is now December 23rd and it hasn’t even shipped. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEFEELS. I am just hoping to get my money back at this point. Obviously, my mother in law will not be receiving her gift!!! 😡
