There was once a time where Rosegal was a safe and fair place to order, however, things have changed. I returned an item and they said it was not in the package. Secondly, when they were issuing return for $5.99 with their own tracking system things were good, then they did away with that gave the responsibility to the customer and the burden on us to make sure they received the return. I was issue an RMA# and I sent via us postal and when I saw in the system that return was pending for weeks I questioned why so long and the customer service keep referring to another item and other RMA # I told them to look at their system for my RMA# that I keep giving you and the item number and give me a status. Then after over 30 days of their dodging the refund, they want my receipt of the postal and I told them that they had received it and it showed processing pending that it was not necessary to give them anything more they already had it in their system showing received and pending. I went around and around over a $27 item. That amount of money seems to matter more to them that the real low rating is not as important. I am done with order anymore items thru Rosegal. There are other sites that I am using that have a much more congenial customer service, instead of trying to devert the issue of my return to some other issues.
