The product is good. If you order a bed and mattress, they come separately (two deliveries) which is painful. You have to arrange to be in twice, for one order. The mattress was damaged and various people in customer service gave conflicting information. I wanted a mattress exchange, with delivery and collection at the same time. This couldn’t be done. So I had the damaged mattress in my hallway for two weeks. They collected the damaged mattress when the bed frame was delivered. Upon unpacking the frame, it was damaged at one end. However, as this had gone on and on, I fixed it myself as it was a bracket on the underside of the bed.
In summary, good product for the price, easy to use website. Below average deliveries. Poorly trained and co-ordinated CS.
