I ordered 3 items. First two items arrived, a week apart, then problems with their courier meant the largest item never arrived. I’m local to the company and yet the items were delivered separately, which is hardly efficient at a time when there’s a shortage of delivery drivers. It was sometime before Roseland would acknowledge that the 3rd item was lost, by which time it was out of stock. I waited and waited, heard nothing so chased it again, to be told that yes, it was back in stock, they just hadn’t got round to sending it to me, even though they were paid in full when the order was placed. Charming words in emails do not make up for lack of action and inefficiency.
The furniture is ok-ish. The drawers in the bedside cabinets are very loosely fitted, as a result there are very noticeable gaps.
