The order wasn’t delivered within the timeframe stipulated and the delivery company left the furniture on my front driveway when it did arrive! Was told it would arrive on the Thursday - didn’t come and with no notification it arrived when I was out 2 days later.
The furniture itself was poorly put together showing dowling fitments. Roseland dealt promptly with my complaint about the poor quality and gave me 3 options - exchange (after delivery timescale and delivery fiasco I wasn’t keen on this choice), full refund or a discount on the item received. I received a small discount and decided to keep the furniture as it wasn’t visible to visitors and I didn’t want the hassle of dealing with the delivery company again. However, I then discovered the handles to the drawers didn’t fit! My partner sorted it out with a bit of brute force and wood tools but given the price I paid I’m not happy. Will steer clear of ordering from Roseland Furniture in the future.
