Love my bookcase, easy to navigate web page no issues with payment or choosing a delivery date. But I would never purchase from you again sorry but the delivery service is the worst I have used ok app. Basically dumped the 2 person delivery at the door. I guess company care more about profit than product and customer care. I have raised as an issue and the answers is in summary not our problem you bought it, we delivered it and the label that states 2 people to move is advice. Not sure that would stand up in front of the health and safety executive when one of your delivery team is injured. I love the piece, nice just won’t be back
