They sent me the wrong size mattress I wanted small double, label said small double but mattress was a double. On trying to return the mattress they wanted photos of mattress label inside and outside wrapper when I did this they then requested proof of photo with tape measure showing size of mattress. When I explained that I had re wrapped the mattress so could not send this photo they said they would be taking £40 off my refund when the area was there end as I’m sending me an incorrect item. Not sure if you have ever tried re wrapping a mattress but it is not easy defo not happy to do this twice. The error clearly is from them sending a wrong size labelled mattress so why am I being charged £40 to be collected. Will not recommend this company or ever buy again. 2 weeks later I am still waiting a collection date and a refund minus £40 is a joke company. Stay clear customer service is disgusting
