Absolutely awful.
4 weeks from ordering a bed stated 3-5 days delivery time window, we still only have half a bed (one box arrived the other got lost). This was actually the third time the bed got sent out as one of them got damaged and the other who knows,
The customer service team do not help at all especially Becky who seems to turn it all around on the customer and make it suddenly my fault for not reporting it sooner when I’ve been calling & emailing daily for the past 4 weeks. I would never use this company again and advise you to stay well clear.
We haven’t even got our full product yet so no idea on the quality of the furniture yet but we’re not hopeful
