Ordered bed 13/06, stated 3-5 days delivery. Contacted Roseland 22/06 as still no delivery date. Customer service investigated, item lost in delivery depot. Agreed to order another and to use different carrier. Was promised item to be delivered by 30/06. No further communication, via email/phone confirming this. Contacted Roseland 28/06 as heard nothing. Customer service very poor. Basically said they had done what they said they would do and could do no more. Not even an apology and very much ‘I dont care’ attitude. Very disappointed as wanted to buy local and initial contact in store had been good
