I'm not commenting about the product. However it wasn't as I thought it would be and would like to return the item. It is a headboard. I thought it would be sturdier.
I've tried to start the return process and it's proving impossible. I'm hoping not to run out of time to return. If I eventually succeed I will be charged at least £20! I find this is unacceptable. Please HELP!!!
