The service is excellent with good communications from the outset. We had an issue with the sideboard as it arrived damaged. The products come direct from the manufacturer and the quality control is not ideal. We contacted the manufacturer directly as per advice and a replacement was arranged very easily. We have purchased a TV stand to match our replacement cabinet so hope they both come without any issues.
