Really disappointed. Ordered a bow die that said on the website would come with a video tutorial. There is no video tutorial and I tried reaching out to Rosie's Craft Shop but have been left ignored. The die just doesn't make sense and the peices are odd shapes/ lop sided. Really poor design. I won't anything order again, such a shame.
