I do love Ross but the cashier this past Tuesday, not so much. Ross in St Petersburg, Fl 33710 to be clear. Store 0253. Tuesday is 10% off and the reason for shopping on Tuesday. I had a return and the cashier asked if she could apply it toward my purchase. I agreed, she completed the transaction without the 10% discount. She told me the reason I didn’t get a discount was because I had a return. What? That makes no sense.. The return was my money and today’s purchase is a new transaction. She argued with me and refused to give me the discount. I’m sorry I am the customer and she was wrong. I left without my 10% discount and the reason I had shopped. She may need to be enlightened to how your store works. Possibly she could have asked an associate. She was wrong and I wanted this matter addressed. Picture couldn’t be uploaded for some reason.
