I went to try on 5 items at Ross. The person running the changing rooms told me to rehang the items when I brought them out. I had 5 items and decided to keep 4. I hung the item that I was not keeping, so I could put the rest in my basket, to walk 100 feet to pay for them. The person at the changing room was insistent that I rehang them all, so I could pay for them, and they could unhang them and keep the hangers. I decided to not buy any of it, and they could do the job they were hired to do anyway and hang them themselves. I understand helping out, and rehanging what I didn't want, even though I don't work there, but there was absolutely no reason for me to need to hang the rest of it if I was taking it with me to purchase, especially since Ross keeps all the hangers. It seemed like a disgruntled employee power play. Good luck staying in business with that kind of customer service. You have lost me and my family as customers in the future.
