Rothwells recently steamcleaned my rental property for me. They steamcleaned all the carpets on all floors as well as the mattresses. I was worried about how long things would take to dry because of the recent constant wet weather and my tight timeline. However, they very kindly lent me industrial-grade fans to help with the drying out. Together with my dehumidifier, things were 80% dry. There was a slight smell for the first 24 hours which I think was from some of the stain chemicals. However, it was gone after 36 hours. They were not the cheapest. However, the comms with Oliver in the office were good and he was very helpful when I was concerned about being able to move furniture. Andy the technician on the day was good humoured, proactive and very patient. Would happily work with them again.
