Very pleased with the efficiency of the service and that it got done more quickly than we thought. The carpets look great. I felt absolutely fine about leaving Andrew on his own in the house to get on with the job.
The reason I have not given it 5 stars is that the machine in the van was pretty noisy (I think I perhaps should have warned our close neighbours as we live in a terrace) and it took a little longer than we had hoped, for the carpets to dry. However, this may have sth to do with the colder time of year we had it done!
